Stacey has been working in real estate since 1993 and is also a Notary Public. As a Seattle Native, she has extensive knowledge of the Seattle and the Eastside areas and specializes in closing transactions. The major portion of Stacey's work takes place once the contract to purchase is signed by both parties. Stacey will work closely with the lender, escrow officer, inspector and appraiser to make sure your transaction is kept on schedule and closes smoothly.
