Bob
Bennion - Associate Broker, Premier Director
Bob is a native Washingtonian
and graduated from Kent Meridian High School in 1979. From there he attended Seattle
University and graduated in 1983 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Upon
graduation he went to work for a privately held company, working his way up to
controller by the time he departed in 1988 to begin his professional sales career
in Real Estate. Bob's 20 year Real Estate career began with John L. Scott as a
sales associate. His extensive professional training, high ethical standards,
attention to detail and mastery of the region's real estate market, and tenacious
efforts led to his quick ascent to the top of his field. In 1991, he was invited
to join The Dover Group, a small boutique firm in Seattle specializing in Luxury
Properties. While at the Dover Group, Bob took the necessary courses to obtain
his Brokers license to possess the highest level of education available in his
field. His stay at The Dover Group enabled him become known throughout the region
for his sale and listing of premium homes. Upon the sale of The Dover Group in
1998, he chose to join Windermere Real Estate Company, partly because they had
become the market leader in the region. His tenure from 1998 to the present at
Windermere has promoted his continued success in the luxury condominium and residential
home market; he ranks consistently year after year as one of the top agents in
the Company. Bob is currently the Treasurer for Forum 22, the organization founded
by his peers from all real estate companies to network monthly at the Broadmoor
Club for the purpose of promoting luxury residential home listings. His invitation
into this organization and appointment as Treasurer attest to his work ethic and
commitment to honesty, integrity and professionalism. He is also currently a member
of LuxuryHomes.com. Bob is an Executive Premier Director for Windermere Real Estate
and sits on the committee that designs, executes and promotes the luxury home
program for Windermere. Bob is a leader in his field and consistantly sells multi-million
dollar homes year after year. His client list reaches far and wide throughout
the region.

Deville - Associate Broker, Premier Director
Bob Deville has worked in
real estate since 1971. He first affiliated with Windermere in 1991 and has also
worked with the Dover Group where he was among the company's top one percent of
all producers. He holds a master's degree in Business Administration and maintains
Broker Real Estate Licenses in both California and Washington state. He also owned
and managed a residential real estate investment company for nearly two decades.

Stacey
Cisco Zorzi Licensed Assistant - Transaction Coordinator
Stacey
has been working in real estate since 1993 and is also a Notary Public. As a Seattle
Native, she has extensive knowledge of the Seattle and the Eastside areas and
specializes in closing transactions. The major portion of Stacey's work takes
place once the contract to purchase is signed by both parties. Stacey will work
closely with the lender, escrow officer, inspector and appraiser to make sure
your transaction is kept on schedule and closes smoothly. Stacey's skillful ability
to troubleshoot and problem solve combined with her energy, commitment and dedication
make her an important asset to Bennion & Deville.
Lori
Massarweh Licensed Assistant - Buyer Coordinator
Lori was proud
to onset her Real Estate career with Bennion & Deville in 2005. After being trained
in all the various areas of Real Estate, Lori has taken on the responsibility
of Buyer Coordinator. She works one-on-one with each Buyer who is interested in
purchasing Real Estate in Seattle and the surrounding areas. With the client's
property profile in mind, Lori will search and preview properties daily that target
the Buyer's preferences in architecture, age, floor plans, and so forth. Lori
will contribute her passion for quality care and service until your perfect home
is found.
