An elevator with cherry paneled walls serving all three levels of the house is situated off the dining area.

A wide passage in the dining area leads to a dream kitchen designed for serious cooks. Lovely honed green slate tops counters; tumbled marble tile lines the backsplash. Cream-colored custom cabinetry affords abundant storage space and a built-in desk. A tall window over a deep porcelain farm sink looks out on the entry area and the wooded hillside beyond. A second sink is positioned in a large center island. Top-of-the-line appliances include stainless steel Viking ovens, a 6-burner Viking gas range, Asko paneled dishwasher, KitchenAid microwave and a paneled side-by-side refrigerator/freezer by Northland. A private hall off the bedroom is lined with built-in cabinetry. It leads to a full master bath with a Jacuzzi tub set in a platform with a garden view, glass-walled shower, tile floors, beadbaord paneled walls and a sink set in a limestone-topped vanity. An arched passage at the end of the hall opens to a big walk-in closet with built-ins. Beyond the closet is an exercise room with a vaulted ceiling and stairs to the garage below.
